Postage
Currently all items are posted via Australia Post. Flat Rate standard parcel post is $9.00. Multiple items that exceed 4kgs in weight will be charged at standard parcel rates. Postage is charged at cost.
Dispatch
PRW Products is an online business and does not operate a shopfront. All goods are sent via Australia Post.
Once your order is complete, customers will receive a confirmation email of the order. Goods are dispatched within 48hrs of authorized payment, and a detailed Tax Invoice, product information & useage guide are sent with every order. If an urgent delivery is required, please contact us via phone or email to discuss your requirements. Postage costs for large items (4lt Jerry Cans) may vary depending on the delivery area. Goods are sent via Australia Post at cost, while every care is taken with packing & handling, PRW Products provides no insurance cover for lost/damaged items. C.O.D is available by arrangement.
Security
Customers can order securely via Paypal. If unable to make payment via Paypal, email orders are also accepted. PRW Products will not ask you for credit card details, if you recieve any email asking for these details, do not respond. Report these to info@hishine.com.au immediately.
Returns
No returns are accepted unless goods are returned in original, unopened packaging. Are in undamaged & unused condition, and recieved by PRW Products within 7 days of the invoice date. No refunds are supplied for freight costs. We do not accept goods returned as COD freight.
Privacy
All customer information is kept private, and is used for processing orders only. PRW Products will not sell, rent or otherwise disclose any customer personal information to any third party.
